Today is the last day to sign up as a cheerleader, beta or creator for ladiesbigbang.

We are still very short on betas (and could use more cheerleaders, as well, though that's less critical), so it's very likely that if after sign-ups close we're still short, we will be extending beta sign-ups another month.

Question... How would betas be assigned? I'm still dithering about signing up as one.

Sorry we weren't able to answer this question sooner! But we've been crunching numbers and it looks like beta signups are going to be extended another month (with the goal of getting betas assigned by the first check-in), and betas are matched up with creators taking into account whether they want a general beta or not, and then if possible fandom and/or genre preferences (gen, femmeslash, het, etc.) will be taken into account, though we CAN'T guarantee for matching on fandom or genres. Does that help clarify?
