Ladies' Big Bang Round 2 Timeline

ladiesbigbangmodAlthough it was looking like this wasn't going to happen for awhile, Ladies' Big Bang is in fact back for a 2011 round!

We are currently looking for: anyone interested in co-moderating or volunteering. Any type of assistance would be greatly appreciated, and we could probably specifically use some help in the following areas: graphics, promotions, and brainstorming about how to increase the intersectionality of this challenge. If there are any other communities that would like to run affiliated/overlapping/concurrent challenges, we'd be very interested in that.
We're continually aiming to expand the range of media included in this challenge, so we've added five new creation categories:
There are minimums up for these categories on our profile. There will be sections in the Rules & Guidelines soon explaining more about these categories, so we request that you hold off on asking clarifying questions about these new categories until they're re-posted, if you can. The Rules & Guidelines are currently under major revision (for example, the entirety of the theme guideline is gone and there are less rules around minimum sizes and splitting up requirements) but will be re-posted before sign-ups.
We are open to adding other categories for creation, but if you'd like to suggest a category please be prepared to suggest minimums/basic rules around said category as well. There are many more categories that were under consideration but that we didn't add because we couldn't come up with a satisfactory framework for minimums/rules.
If you have any suggestions about changes to existing minimums/rules/etc., this would be a great time to let us know since we're in the midst of refining things. You're welcome to comment either here or e-mail us at ladiesbigbang[at]gmail.com.
