Ladies' Big Bang 2015

Hello!

First things first: apologies for the long absence. It wasn't intentional, but then again, these things rarely are. Apologies also for the spam that occurred, it has been deleted and we'll be keeping a closer eye on the situation and may have to disable anonymous posting if it crops up again.

At this point, I am considering putting together a round of LBB for 2015. It would have a similar timeline to our previous rounds, probably with a creation period going April - June or thereabouts.

Yay! I've been hoping this would make a return, since it's a Big Bang that allows people to play with all kinds of fannish output ♥

The panfanwork aspect is one of the main reasons I'm thinking of doing this again, because I haven't seen that any other big bangs that are filling this particular intersection of ladies+panfanwork in fandom. I think it's really important for more challenges to exist that encourage all types of fanwork!

ETA: I didn't think to mention this when I took the poll, but FYI there are a few vidding cons (VidUKon and Vividcon, as well as the Wiscon Vidparty) that have deadlines between April and June. So in the LJ/DW vidding world a timeline a bit later in the year would probably be better. I know you're juggling lots of things and not just trying to attract vidders (and there's plenty of vidders who don't submit to those cons, but there might be a lot of overlap between those of us who do and those of us who'd participate in a DW bigbang), but I thought I'd let you know!
