That definitely makes sense -- how about we go ahead and put this through the whole regular claims process, but with the understanding that if you aren't able to obtain a final draft in time for the creator's posting date - which will be sometime after Sept 10 - then you obviously will not be held responsible for completing a complement, if that sounds agreeable to you.
